If unsafe conditions exist, we may pause or stop services without refund.

Overtime is subject to DJ availability.
Fees apply at a rate of $100 / hour, payable before overtime begins unless otherwise discussed

Client shall indemnify and hold 410 Events and Sean Starnes harmless from any claims arising from injuries caused by guests’ negligence.
Client is responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by negligence or interference.

Equipment is at risk of damage
